are key words in our new line of Irish ice cream, produced by an award-winning Irish company, recognised for their sustainability concept.

Because of the ideal agricultural conditions, the Irish are renouned aorund the world for the quality of their milk and cream . We have inititated a cooperation with an ice cream manufacurer who combines sustainable farming with their dairy and modern ice cream production.

All milk  comes from cows with access to grazing on fresh grass, and  the ice cream manufacturing process is certified sustatainable.
