French sorbet according to Paridan

The French sorbet is our darling, and a product line that we are extremely proud of. It is produced in a small ice cream factory in the Ardennes, France. It is a family business founded in 1892, owned and run by the 4th generation of the Gizzi family.

Our Paridan French sorbet has a high content of fruit and contains no colourings or artificial flavourings. Because of the high fruit content, the colour of the ice cream can vary, depending on the season.

In our standard sorbet range we carry raspberry, lemon , passion fruit, mango, strawberry and backcurrant.
